This shop was recommended by a good friend. Ever since I met Mr Charlie, I have not gone back to a Porsche dealer for any service. My experience with this shop has been amazing, my Cayenne is running like it should. Mr Charlie is very experienced in these types of cars, and personally I am thankful to have someone like Mr Charlie and his team work on our cars. Ps. Also my wife drives a Q7 that we have had issues with - the squeaking breaks that were extremely loud. We have talked to the Audi dealer for years about it. Audi recommended at some point to have the brakes and rotors replaced, and the dealer did that. It changed nothing. After I started working with Mr Charlie one day I mentioned to him our headache with the Q7. Days later I took our Q7 to Mr Charlie, and our vehicle has been fixed. NO MORE SQUEAKING. Thank you to Mr Charlie and the team for all your hard work and all your help. We highly recommend Mr Charlie’s shop.
